The successful completion of the share capital increase creates the conditions for the implementation of ElvalHalcor’s strategic plan for 2026–2030. The strong response from our shareholders confirms their confidence in our strategic direction and in the company’s long-term value creation prospects.

ElvalHalcor’s journey has always been defined by continuous growth, targeted investment and enduring value creation. Over the decades, we have expanded our production capabilities, strengthened our people’s expertise and built trusted relationships with customers in more than 90 countries. Successive investment programs have upgraded our production base and product portfolio, establishing ElvalHalcor among Europe’s leading aluminium and copper manufacturers.

Building on this strong foundation, we are now entering the next stage of our development. Our strategic plan for 2026–2030 comprises an investment program exceeding €850 million, designed to increase production capacity, improve our position in attractive and growing markets, and accelerate our transition towards a more efficient and circular production model.

The plan responds directly to the structural trends reshaping the global economy: the energy transition, electrification, e-mobility, digital infrastructure and data centers, sustainable packaging, the circular economy and the drive to strengthen Europe’s industrial resilience. Aluminium and copper are indispensable to all these developments, supporting energy networks, transportation, cooling systems, artificial intelligence infrastructure, energy-efficient buildings and defence applications.

In the aluminium segment, our investments include a new recycling facility and a new cold rolling mill. By leveraging our existing hot rolling infrastructure, these projects will efficiently expand our capacity in high-specification products and reinforce our presence in growing markets such as rigid packaging and transportation.

In the copper segment, the program includes a new recycling center, targeted capacity expansions, increased automation and further upgrades to our product mix. These investments will support rising demand for copper products used in energy grids, electrical connections, busbars, heat pumps, cooling systems and data centres, while strengthening our position as Europe places greater emphasis on reliable and resilient regional production of critical raw materials.

Recycling is a central pillar of the plan - not simply an additional environmental initiative. Increasing our ability to process aluminium and copper scrap will enhance production flexibility, strengthen supply-chain resilience, reduce dependence on primary raw materials and accelerate the reduction of our products’ carbon footprint.

The plan is built on a clear strategy. It aims to increase overall production, expand the use of recycled metal, and strengthen our presence in higher-value-added products. We also seek to enhance profitability while maintaining a strong balance sheet and a consistent shareholder returns policy. At the same time, the significant allocation of investments across Greece and Bulgaria strengthens our industrial footprint, supports employment, and increases our contribution to local economies.

This new phase does not represent a change in direction. Rather, it is the continuation of a successful strategy that has already proven its value in practice: we invest selectively, leverage our technology and expertise, respond to our customers’ needs and evolve alongside the markets we serve.

With a clear strategic focus, financial discipline, and confidence in our people, we are ready to lead ElvalHalcor into its next stage of growth and further strengthen its role as a modern, outward-looking and sustainable European industrial company.
