  • Establishing policies and practices that prevent human rights violations, including forced labour, child labour, as well as any form of discrimination.
  • Engaging with all stakeholders to promote awareness of human rights and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

We conduct regular assessments of our operations and in our supply chain to identify potential risks of violation of human rights. 

ElvalHalcor also prioritises transparency in our operations. We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any human rights concerns through our Integrity Hotline, reinforcing our commitment to a safe and equitable workplace.
