ElvalHalcor and Cenergy Holdings recognised for their contribution to the repatriation of Greek talent at the BrainReGain annual conference
ElvalHalcor together with Cenergy Holdings, were recognised as Champions in Hiring Greeks from Abroad during the annual BrainReGain Conference titled “RETURN. TALENT. IMPACT. – Connecting Greece with Global Hellenism”, held on Friday, 29 May 2026, at the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron Mousikis).
Cenergy Holdings and ElvalHalcor were awarded the Silver Award in recognition of their contribution and commitment to the repatriation of highly skilled Greek professionals who have pursued their careers abroad, offering them meaningful career opportunities and development prospects. Over the past year, the companies have actively contributed to the return of a significant number of Greek professionals, recognising the critical role of human capital in driving industrial innovation and progress, as well as in the prosperity and development of society.
The conference presented BrainReGain’s new 360° framework of initiatives aimed at strengthening the connection between global Greek talent and the future of Greece, bringing together representatives from government, business, academia and the Greek diaspora to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange and sustainable national impact.
The award was received on behalf of Cenergy Holdings by Panagiotis Marlagkoutsos, HR Director of Hellenic Cables, who also participated in the panel discussion titled “Brain Explore: The New Generation as a Driver of Growth”.
